    国際的な視野を常に念頭に置き、アジア及びヨーロッパのホテルの第一線にて約12年間経験を積んで参りました。世界各国からのゲストに接し、多国籍の文化を理解し、それを日本独自の接客とうまく融合させ現在に至っております。今後は、この国際色豊かな経験とホテルマンとしての情熱を少しでも多くの方と分かち合い、留学という分野を通じて、今後、ますます進むであろう日本の国際化、また世界の観光先進国に追いつく為、次世代を担うリーダーの育成に従事したいと存じます。

    Thank you for interest in Aspire Programs

    The hotel industry is changing dramatically in Japan right now. International business events, traveling foreign business executives, and foreign vacation travelers are increasing rapidly in Japan. The demand for hotel staff with high English ability and understanding of Western hospitality customs will continue to increase in future.

    Our program is intended for people in the hotel industry who wish experience a different culture, new ideas, improve their future careers, and contribute to international peace and understanding.

    Through Aspire programs, I hope our interns will become leaders of next generation in the hotel industry and in an increasingly internationalized world.
